高新技术企业内外部学习策略选择对R&D绩效影响的比较分析

近年来,高新技术企业的竞争更多的表现为连续、高效、敏捷的R＆D核心能力的竞争。其中,加强和权衡内外部学习是前提与基础。本文结合对我国48家高新技术企业的实证调研结果,旨在探究高新技术企业R＆D流程在技术试验与产品开发两大阶段中不同的内外部学习策略选择对R＆D速度、成本、竞争优势的影响。最后,本文针对高新技术企业内外部学习策略选择与R＆D绩效的关系,提出了有待于进一步研究的问题。  相似文献

文章根据重庆市自建气象站以来的降雨过程资料(1954～2001)，对重庆市主城区降雨侵蚀力(R)及其特征进行了研究和分析。研究结果表明，研究区降雨侵蚀力主要集中在5月～9月，48年里研究区年降雨侵蚀力值变幅均较大，但从整体上来看，趋势保持平稳，其离差系数Cv和变化趋势系数r值分别为0.65和0.061； 研究区次降雨量与次降雨侵蚀力，月降雨量与月降雨侵蚀力均呈乘幂关系，而年降雨量与年降雨侵蚀力呈现指数关系； 为了解决在降雨资料不足的情况下对降雨侵蚀力的计算，文章利用不同的降雨资料与侵蚀力之间进行相关分析，最终确定了适合研究区的两种降雨侵蚀力简易算法。  相似文献

The impact of R&D spillovers on UK manufacturing TFP: A dynamic panel approach

One of the benefits claimed for investment in Research and Development (R&D) is that there is a spillover effect. Industries benefit from both their own R&D efforts as well as the efforts of other national and overseas industries. The present research presents new evidence on the long-term impact of R&D investment upon UK industry's productivity performance and on the nature of these “R&D spillovers”. The results suggest that R&D efforts from the industry itself and from other national industries have a positive impact on the industry's productivity but, interestingly, there is no gain from foreign R&D investment.  相似文献

How information systems came to rule the world: Reflections on the information systems field

Abstract

Over some seven decades, a rather mundane transition that in its thoroughness and consequences has gone largely unacknowledged, has taken place, namely the revolution in modern information systems (IS) that guide organizations in their actions. Today, it is fair to say that IS have come to rule the world. They do this literally, by the rules they embody, which dictate how much of everyday life, as it relates to individuals and organizations and the transactions they engage in, takes place around the globe. In essence, IS have become important social and economic infrastructure. Seeking an understanding of how this has come about, I review historical developments in IS, focusing in particular on accounting systems, enterprise systems, retail automation, and electronic commerce. I argue that it is transactions and their facilitation that lie at the heart of IS and its development as a field of practice. I reflect on why this has gone mostly overlooked as such. I consider where we have now arrived with transaction facilitation as infrastructure and its importance in the light of current issues. I suggest how future studies might contribute to our learning more about where we should want to be with our transaction facilitation infrastructure.  相似文献
